JanGyaan is an initiative taken by the Internet Society Rural Development SIG , to assist kids across the globe for online learning.
The word JanGyaan is derived from the word Jangnan, which means fun in Korean, and Gyaan, which means knowledge in Hindi.
JanGyaan has been created with a vision of helping primary school kids learn better and in an interactive way. In recent times, students have had to shift to online tools for learning. But the shift hasn’t been very smooth and effective for anyone yet. Home Work lessons online are routine, stereotypical, normally do not engage the kid, which has made learning apparently tougher than ever. Hence, we’ve come up with this app as a solution that will not only make this shift easier for the primary school kids, but also act as a guide and a friend.
With JanGyaan, your kids can learn basic English, Mathematics, Shapes, Fruits, Colours, Reading a clock and more, very effectively.
JanGyaan also has a lot of fun activities and quizzes like Speak Aloud, Numbers to Words, One to Many, Find the missing elements, etc., that he/she can take up to practice his/her lessons.
JanGyaan also keeps a track of every child’s scores and even sends a generalised report of the same to their parent’s email ID after every session, which will help parents supervise their child’s learnings.
Download JanGyaan and join hands with us in helping the new generation learn better.
